Hello all

Yes I know, there is another one.
wanting a FJ-helmet and cant see the difference between the shells
I knwo the curve is wrong on the frontside of the fakes and the original ones
but is this best shown on a side view or another angle
Or is this already discribed in an old Thread, I couldn't find it myself.
Or can somebody enlighten me,

and opinion on this



Just need an shell for study, so if anybody can help me out

Hi Arjan,

The rear flange angle on this one looks odd. Can't tell for sure it is bad based on this photo.

The key is to study originals. The fake ones can be shaped correctly but will not have the correct interior that one can only notice when looking at it closely. The Czech fakes are not perfectly shaped, but do have some of the correct details.

Do a search in this section and the helmet section and you can see many original helmets that have been presented. Unfortunately, looking for FJ helmets via the internet is a recipe for disaster. You really have to handle one before buying it with today's market.
