Greetings,
As part of my reenactment group in Florida we have a former FJR12 member (Rupert Metzroth) that was captured near Florence and spent time at Camp Blanding as a POW. He would describe the uniform he wore and I found a photo that he believes was his unit. Would anyone have any better photos of FJR12 in Italy that I could show him ? As I show him these photos it jars more memories that he shares with our group (At 90 his is still very sharp). Any help would be greatly appreciated. I hope this request is within the guidelines of this board.
This is the photo that I showed him

and this is a bit about our veteran

and if anyone is interested for the 75th anniversary of Camp Blanding in Florida he was invited back to the museum with a few of the former guards. the museum curator took us to the grounds where his old POW compound was and Rupert gave us a tour. (We did a living history display of a POW reception area at the museum before Rupert took us to his old holding area). Here is a slideshow of the day.

Thank you very much in advance.
