Really nice helmet, well used- loads of character.
Yes, more expensive now! Interesting you mention old prices, as I remember seeing a German para helmet in an antiques shop in Clitheroe, Lancashire in about 1985 for £210, i was only 10 or 11 at the time and thinking it was an absolutely crazy amount - If only I had the pocket money! I wonder where it is now!

And every year since those days they have gone UP in price never coming down , this was the most expensive thing I have bought it cost more than my superb British Fibre rim Para helmet which is so much more rare but not as collectable I guess . I have to just add that the USA has a load more TR and WW1 German stuff than the UK so I expect to find a few more ! . Rob
