A good Steinhauer badge imo.

Indeed, a fine original "wartime compatible" S&L Para badge. Like anything with S&L, its hard to be sure it was made during the war versus postwar, but everything on this badge can be considered wartime compatible, including the rivets, reverse hardware setup and especially the "wartime dimple" on the pin. For me that puts this example in the wartime category.

Thank you so much I never would have been able to form an opinion. I already thought fake and was prepared to throw it away as I always do with fakes or give it to those who collect fakes also for reference.
