Fj ekm

Good day all,

I need some advice on this EKM, i'm not sure if it is a FJ one as it also hold some letters. If have other FJ EKM's in my collection which only contain numbers.

As far as I can see the letters & numbers are E. (or F) S. M. / 342 88
Would appreciate your opinions on it.

Anyone an idea?

The letters seem to be F.S.M. which, according to another collector, are letters codes for Fallschirmjaeger?

Without any doubts it isn't a FJ dog tag.
I suppose that I can see HIWI (Hilfswilliger) on it and this is why it seem to be a dog tag of an eastern volunteer, maybe from Fahrschwadron Infanterie-Divisions-Nachschubtruppen 342
