        Hi Ed,

        It depends on who you ask, but as far as I am concerned, 100% wartime original FLL Para IMO. I don't think one of these FLLs have been found directly from a German vet's hands, however there is some really good circumstantial evidence that these were produced and awarded during the war.

          Thanks, Tom. I'm a sceptic on rare badges even though this one has a known history back to the 50s and came from a WWII veteran neighbor of a friend. Ed

            Personally I'm on the fence on this one. I Respect Tom's opinion, yet I have to see some evidence that it came from a German Vet. I think the badge possible was assembled post-war, using some wartime parts.
