What would be a fair value of a FJ helmet, no decal, with torn up liner and straps? Average exterior condition. I found one and would like to make a fair market offer. Thanks

Around $2500 to $3000, as I pick up a late War shell with bolts only but this was 5 years ago, and price were high, for $1900.
