Fraud on Ebay - watch out

This is a heads up regarding this helmet that was posted three times in as many days on Ebay to generate interest, then the buyer tried striking side deals with anyone interested. The seller was asking 1800 USD, which immediately made me suspicious. Fake paint and decals, but looked to have an original liner and chinstrap and possibly shell.

I pointed out the discrepancies on the additional photos he sent - different liner (rusty steel instead of aluminum) and chinstrap (speaks for itself). He told me too late, he sold it for 2200 USD and then in another email 2800 USD. His name is allegedly David Johnson and his email address is wehrmachtman91@gmail.com.

Here it is - if you bought it, don't send payment!

same seller different name, I have his name and cell # in case is needed.
I contact eBay and PayPal and got my payment refunded this morning.
I ask the seller to send me more detailed pictures of the liner and strap but as expected got none

Hi Rob,
No, it was a good job i posted the pics,it actually belongs to a member on this forum....this guy has used the pics of the interior for this new ebay auction but the exterior shots are of a ****t'e pakistani/chinese fake thats been heavily worked on.
