Makes me extremely nervous! Wear looks artificial IMHO. Would not be for me, proceed with caution.....

A pity the repro liner cord, they can put an original one at least

There are no pads! Wasn't this type that turned up in the '80s? The pads were not in those either. A few collectors spent some huge amounts on those only to find out they were bad. Hope this helps. Sincerely, DJB

Yes, one of the early fakes which originated from Northern Italy. The first ones were selling for $10k (recall one being sold at the 1993 Max Show in Baltimore). A few years later they were selling for $18k and a number of people bought them. There was a collector in Britain who had 5 or 6 of them. It has been a while since I have seen one on the market as they are tucked deeply in the "I don't know what I don't know" collections.

Remember in the beginning of the 90th,a friend had contact for a trade with Ralf H. for a same kind of helmet.
It was priced at 300.000 Belgium franc or 7500€ for now.
