    My FJ 'stuff' to date

    I'm getting there....slowly...
One day, when I've sold some guns, I may be able to afford the proper Crete campaign gear. Until then....

I went all the way to the SOS to pick it up. And found it was being sold on behalf of a guy in Australia, who I banged into while walking around with it in hand.
Bloody Hell. It could have been here in two days from Aus.

Thank you. I regret buying the boots though. They are rough as guys. I saw two great pairs at the SOS for a few dollars more. I should have held out...

True, but in the meantime you have a great filler and it's always possible to trade them
in for a better pair. My first FJ items were also salty and cheaper but in the end you
always sell that stuff to upgrade your collection.

Cheers! Being a New Zealander, having been to Crete, and being Army Para trained, I am keen as mustard to get a complete set of kit that would be correct for Operation Mercury. One day, one day...
