I was thinking that I hadn't seen a decal on a CKL shell with that batch number before .

I see lacquer and the wear looks natural and era. Note the nice base paint where the damage is.

Paul , I'm not talking about when this original decal has been applied but , looking at the close pic , I noticed there is a part that has IMHO a "problem"
