Thanks for qualify reply, Tom . After this I began to see on this badge more closer and found that it has slight damages of eagle finish on the edges of wings , swaz and eagle head , this damages definitely made by wear in and does't look fresh so if this badge was worn it should be made only during the war but not close after . Perhaps this is also some evidence of wartime piece IMHO
