Help wanted from all you Para guys!!!

Recently, I discovered a following photo. It is a large, very sharp picture of some Luftwaffe unit. I am interested to know anything about the 153 men. Many of these guys wear what looks like the Fallschirmjaeger badges. Also, many of them have EK I and EK II... I could not post the photo here, but I did on this (really great) board http://forum.axishistory.com/viewtopic.php?t=64326 My main questions are also posted there. Please post your answers here or on the other board. I will be checking both daily!! I hope that you will be able to help...

It may be impossibe to ID this unit unless someone has the same photo that is ID'ed on the back, or someone knows a pictured member.
