Also included is a photocopy of an Ausweis that was issued to Ernst Müller in November, 1943, while undergoing flight training. It is believed that Ernst Müller subsequently became a pilot.

It's a common name, but I think I might have one or two of his documents as well. I'll look tonight.

Thanks Yannis, it was well worth the wait. What was very good as well that it came with a lot of information, which makes life easier.

That's a super grouping - and a great story too. Talk about getting things in order just in time for Crete. (or poor timing depending on how you look at it?)

                        Hi Matt,

I presume either the original seller or somebody else? I was only offered the doc's but the thought never crossed my mind to ask about the latter, I just made the assumption that it wasn't available.

However, the nice thing is, at least you get to put a photo to the name, which is nice, I have several documents where as of yet I haven't been able to put a photo to the name

I checked, Simon, as I thought the name sounded familiar. But the document I have is an EKII award to an Ernst Möller, signed 29 Mai 1941 at Iraklion by Bruno Brauer. Close but no cigar, as the saying goes.

Chris, Thanks for looking, but I still live in hope, I have a slight lead on some of his other items, "the hunt is on gentlemen" as old Sherlock would say.
