My best FJ item of 2013 was this tan/water pattern smock that was purchased out of the woodwork from the daughter of a 3rd Amored Division vet. She tried to donate it, along with a teller mine, to a local museum, but they refused to take it!

Of course, museums just accept fakes or fantasy items.

My very rare green LW Flieger HBT without pockets, i found it in Sainte Mère Eglise during a empty attic in June 2013.
The eagle is sewn original zig zag!
This green flieger HBT was worn by Green Devils in Normandie during fights in Carantan by FJR6 paratroopers.

Incredible score! Can you please tell us more about how/where it was found?

The patina on that helmet is just fantastic! I've always loved the look of the WWII German FJ helmets and would like to own one however the current prices they demand (especially the camo versions which I am very partial to ) keep me from adding one to my collection. Hopefully I will be able to find one at a tag/garage sale one day

            Great grouping - congrats!

Here is a late addition and something a little different - a pre-war collection of items belonging to a former Regiment General Göring (RGG) paratrooper, his c. 1937 C.E. Juncker badge (J1) in the early type case, along with a pre-war portrait as a Gefreiter in 3./FJR.1. KIA in early 1944 at Monte Cassino.

                Regards,
                Mike
