Opinions on HG Tabs and Boards

Hi again,

I wasn't sure where to post these tabs & boards either. I'm not a LW cloth collector, but with the limited knowledge I have on this subject, I believe these are authentic?

Please give opinions on the following. If good, what would you say a good price would be for them?

Hi Steve,

Like your FD tabs, these are also pretty rare. I have never seen so many being offered at once which all have the exact style of manufacture, with the exact style of gull and pins on the back and all types of branches.

Can you give us an idea of who the source is? Collector or dealer?

Will do some research and get back to you on both threads you have on these. I do know they are usually rather expensive.

They are all from Manions (That grid background is the giveaway). Very bad sign.

Chris is right, they are all from Manions, however I believe these to be good. Manions is not my first choice for any german militaria but on rare occasions they have authentic stuff.

These tabs and boards are selling for $180 at this moment.

Same as my other comment on the FD tabs. Proceed, if you must, with caution. Could be good, but warnng bells are going off. All the same style and construction features....same as FD tabs... Possible? Sure. Likely? No.

$180 is nothing for sets like these....
