    Glider "Flugbuch" to a paratrooper

Since my last thread went over like a fart in church, I thought I would try something else.

I thought a couple of you guys might find this interesting. A NSFK
Segelfluggruppe Flugbuch to paratrooper Ludwig Pfisterer.

Here is a page from his soldbuch showing that we was awarded the paratrooper badge on 7.12.40 and the EKII on 28.5.41 ( for
      Crete )

Very important Flugbuch Eric! Nice! Should intrigue Stijn and Ian.

Here is something that's in a way related; a portion of an NSFK glider rudder. This was brought back by a friend's father.

        Regards,
        John

Here is the reverse. It's made of thin plywood. I really like the camo job done around the decal.

            Giday Eric,

Thanks for sharing the log book with us.

What else can you tell us about Pfisterer?

I am not home at the moment, but when I do get home I will check out my list of glider pilots. Perhaps Pfisterer is on my list.

            All the best,

            Ian

Ah...surely you mean "like a fart in a hurricane". A fart in church, or a crowded department store elevator, generally provokes some sort of response, the degree of which is directly proportional to one's recent diet.

                Yours pedantically,

                PK

                  Hi All,

I dug this old post because I get those two documents
together at a very low price. I am collecting NSFK documents
as they are not really expensive.
A coincidence or not .... this NSFK flugbuch opened on 17.05.41 (Segelfluggruppe Fl.H.Kdtr. Krakau) and this Schiessbuch from a menber L.P.G. General Göring for the year 1934/35 ? The same man, the son and the father ???

                    very nice

                    Hello,

Back from vacation and you guys are showing the interesting things when I'm away

Very nice book Eric => what grade of training did your person reach ? ( A - B - C grade ? ) , i also like these non military flugbuchs , as Jaques mentioned => not expensive and yet interesting

I wil check your person also but since he was later a qualifyed FJ and not a glider pilot im afraid i wil not be of that much help

Any variations of such NSFK flugbucher out there ?

                    Cordial Greetings,
my collectionfield : German glider pilots
