Fallschirmjaeger Recruitment Poster

I am very pleased to share the following with Forum members - a period, unused, Fallschirmjaeger recruitment poster which has been in storage since WW2. I obtained this directly from a veteran Fsj. friend of mine.

The graphic artwork is superb. It measures approximately 48 inches x 33.5 inches (or 1.2 meters x 0.85 meters). While it has been folded for many years and shows some wear at the creased corners, it is in amazingly good condition. In the lower, right-hand corner below the graphic design is the lettering: "Offsetdruck Paul Grasnick Berlin 0 17".

I hope that you enjoy seeing this poster which I believe to be quite rare, or at least very scarce. In my 50+ years of collecting, I have never seen one like this baby.

Interesting info about the lettering. I would be curious to see if it is the same on repros
