anybody seen this 3 FJD pin?

Good morning,
Just found on a sellers site this 3-FJD Pin with needle.
Its height is 21 mm.
If I'm not wrong the 1944 custom "Mutze-Abzeichen" has a height of 25 mm.
Furthermore this pin has a partial green enamel colouring.
Any opinions? - wartime?

The ones I saw (even replicas) never had enamel.

To my (limited) knowledge the only postwar veteran repro was the 1969 version of the badge.
That was plain metal on the identical scale.

Has anyone knowledge of a war-time, more elaborate (hence the enamel), "gift" version of the divisional badge? And this in the form of a "one-needle pin"
