Besides the bad lettertype for the stamps and the curious stitching thread used.
I'm sure the leather liner and straps smell like my grandmothers new handbag and the rubber pads smell like my grandpas new shoe sole.
They get better indeed. It's more easy to fool newbies, especially when they
put more work in aging this.
