It look like a wool eagle, and with this eagle pattern it acctually is also used on jump smocks, although it´s very seldom seen on jump smocks, and normally seen on wool LW uniforms.

It is definitely not a blue eagle, but it isn't quite green or olive in color - more of a grey eagle.

Yes wool.
I don´t believe I´ve ever seen this eagles pattern in HBT either.

Here's a photo to show the difference in color. Just appears more grey than blue I guess.
