Photo RAD leader with para badge

Just come across this photo and i think it´s worth to be shown here. Does anybody saw this before. Any clue who this might be?

He looks to old, otherwise I would say he made his military service before the war and returned to the RAD. I think he was wounded and went to the RAD as an instructor.

Don't think so because he also has a 1939 EKII ribbon that makes him active in WWII.
