M38 Camo... opinions please

I've never owned an original FJ helmet and have just been offered this, I am really not sure about the paint or the decal, any opinions would be appreciated please.

Steve, it appears to be a recent fake which someone camoed and tried to age.

Thanks guys, as I said I wasn't sure, he wants a lot of money for this/trades and it looked too good to be true...

I'm going to post an M40 helmet from the same guy in the helmets forum, it'll be interestign if I get similar opinions to this one, thanks again for your advice.
