Jump Smock Breast Eagle

I bought this over 5 years ago & forgot what it was. I put it on the Luft Forum & someone identified it as a Jump Smock Breast Eagle.
Did they use these in large quantities or was this one of those short lived things?

Thank you John. When I was looking at the one that I have, I thought that the head was too 'skull like', not full enough, if you get my drift.
