I have just found this gas mask.
The seller says to me that these parachutist's mask.
Can you confirm me that these parachutist's mask and that he is of period!!!

I don't think this is a parachutists bag or even mask. The bag seems more for Luftschutz use and the gasmask is an older GM 1st model which was handed out to the LS when the war started as they were by then already replaced with the GM30 3rd model and the GM38.

I can't comment about any sort of Luftschutz bag. I am doubtful.

I can say that it is not an original WWII FJ gas mask bag, based on those photos. The snaps, fittings, construction details, material, etc, are incorrect. I am sure additional photos will support this.
