Little Paratrooper -Butcher Group

Hello collectors, I could get yesterday. A small group of a paractrooper-butcher-company. Certainly not as often .... look at a lot of fun ... excuse my bad english, but I'm not but Google;-))

Very interesting! Nice to see a Kreta veteran who survived the war. The butcher company in May of 1945? I am surprised to see entries as late as September of 1945.

I am curious about the "Korps EMS" notation for the "Schlächterei Kompanie" entry.

Interesting...especially to a Butcher!!!

Korps Ems was not formed until April 1945 and was commanded by General der Infanterie Siegfried Rasp RK. It was responsible for the defence of Northern Germany and capitulated in Landkreis Cuxhaven.

Looks like he was kept on post war to feed the allies!

I posted a Soldbuch in 2002 which the thread is still on the forum but unfortunately the images long gone....he was with Fallschirm Bäckerie Kompanie (mot.) 4, 4 Fallschirmjäger Division.
