I think the eagle has been added. Does that bother you ?

Also collar taps are not factory applied, hand stiched, could have started life under a diffrent arm of service. blouse looks ok but all depends on price .

I've seen machine-stitched bullion eagles on officer jackets, but not hand-stitched eagles on enlisted/issued pieces. Steve is right...this has been restored to some extent.
