    Para Inspection Booklet help

    Guys, I just got this Booklet, it is the first time I see one like this, usually they are also much smaller in size (this one is 14x21cm!). Do you have any infos on it?

    Thanks!

        Hi Edgar
        It a First Edition FJ Parachute Booklet, belonging to the parachute no. 9504766. Made by the Czech firm;
        Jan Popelák P A K , Prag XII, Delnicka 47 (military letter code = hqk).
        Because it´s a Czech the format is a little different than the Germans Makers Booklets. Nice one though.
        The firm still exists today, making outdoor clothing.
        Best Jan

                  It´s the Luftwaffe controller/Inspector stamp and number. "BAL" stands for Bau Amt Luftwaffe(I think).

                  Best regards Jan

                    Jan,

                    I have tried to take my research "mission" seriously, unfortunately not much in regards of the topics I have wrote before, but hopefully I will find more in regards of the firm in Prag.

                    It took me some while, but I have finally found right way to Military History Institute in Prague, I hope might have some interesting information.
