Does anyone know if an English edition of this book, Kampfauftrag: "Bewährung" - Das SS-Fallschirmjäger-Bataillon 500/600 1943-1944 (German Text), by Rüdiger W.A. Franz, has been published?

For those of you who may own a copy of the German edition, is the format primarily text or pictures/illustrations?

Hi,

I've never heard about the english edition.
I think it's 50 /50 for text and photos.

Thanks! I think I'll see if I can find a used copy for a decent price. Unfortunately I don't speak German; however, I'm mostly interested in the photographs, anyway.

I couldn't agree more! The Kunzmann-Milius book, Fallschirmjäger der Waffen-SS im Bild, is a treasure chest of photographs. But, I'm always looking for more.

I was a little disappointed in Rolf Michaelis' book, SS-Fallschirmjager Batallion 500/600, so I wanted to see if anyone could shed some light on Kampfauftrag: "Bewährung" - Das SS-Fallschirmjäger-Bataillon 500/600 1943-1944 before attempting to buy it.
