Normandy Relic FJ Helmet Unit?

I picked up this helmet on a recent trip to Normandy. It was found near Caen. I know the 6th Regt. Was in Normandy but am not sure whether or not they were around Caen. Any guesses as to which unit this helmet could have come from?

FJ Shell

Hello,

There was no FJ unit near Caen.

German paratroopers were engaged near Carentan, Saint-Lô, Vire, Argentan and Chambois.

But it is a good souvenir from Normandy. I think the shell has camouflage.
