                  Hi Rob,

                  Some nice snaps there, now that I have a stiff neck from looking at 816

                  I would say that it is a record of those in the photo from when it was taken just before the war in 1939, if we are going back row to front Neulinger Poland 39, Valentine? Russia 44, Friedel Kreta 41, ?? Folwagner? & Herman Sch?? 2/7 June 44 St Lo.

                    Nice photos!
                    No. 816 appears to me to be names, dates and places where these FJ were killed in action. Really great info. Thanks for sharing.

                        Giday everyone,

                        I believe the photograph that is the subject of thread 811 shows Major Stenzler and the survivors of the II Battalion of the Luftlande Sturm Regiment upon their return from Crete in july, 1941.
