As far as I can see from the pictures it's a fake shell and a bad eagle
which has been deliberately altered / damaged in order to make you believe it's a good battle damaged relic.

Damages also too far from real splinter/bullet holes .

Original shells were made of tougher stuff than modern fakes and the damage exhibited does not accord with it being an original shell
