I have a question about this bag. Is this really a FJ MG ammo can bag? Because I have an identical bag, but a MG box doesn't fit..

Its still unsolved, whagt this bag is for. However, a MG-ammo box normally fits inside.

I do not believe this bag has any affiliation with Fallschirmjaeger. I have two of these bags in my collection in blue/gray with ersatz leather bottoms found at a flea market in Mannheim Festplatz about 15 years or so ago. I was told years ago that these bags were used in Aircraft of what purpose I do not know. I wish I could post them but they are in storage back in Texas.
