Yes. What a nice photograph! What an attractive woman. Lucky chap to have such a fetching wife. Nice-looking baby too. Probably somewhere in Germany approaching retirement age now.

Neat picture...and the story it tells.

Strikes me as the mother had a baby while the father was away, and she had this family picture taken for the father. The inclusion of his portrait was a wonderful way to have the father present, though not actually there. Wonderful!
