    Tan FJ bandoleer in Normandy ??

    Hi,

    Here my last FJ find , a tan bando . Just a question : do you know if the tan bandos were used in Normandy ????????
    Sure for blue and camo, but tan ?????

    Nice bando David! Sure, they were used in Normnady. They are olive-tan and are late war issue, not tropical.

          No Steve, there were more maker of tan bandos or did you mean this exact colour?
          This one is the most common.

            Hi, I meant this exact colour.
            I know there is another type of tan bandoleer - the one that often has lots of "odd" materials used to make it. That has a different RBNr.

                You are right Steve .The only differences that i noticed on this maker were the snaps. Big ones,small ones,pebbled ones..
                I know of no other maker of this exact colour.

                  Yes, this style is the most common. Have seen more of this exact style and maker than all others; blue, splinter, etc. Then there is the one with scraps as others have said. And, then there is another.....
