Was this smock pattern ever used?

Guys. Thinking about buying this reproduction smock and wanted to know if it is a "fantasy" pattern or something that was actually used late war. I haven't been able to find any pictures of anything remotely similar. Lovely quality but not sure about the colors and pattern.

Looks olive and red brown to me Steve, what is wrong with those UK monitors?

Besides, do you WANT the colors more accurate?

Looks brown and red-brown on my monitor ( no green). I'll use a different monitor when I get home.

Seems to be a repro from smwholesale. I own one of these (an older one, a movie prop), colours are olive and red-brown on tan. Quality is really good, much better than the Chinese-made copys.

true, it is a reproduction "tan/water". Personally, I don't like this version, I think SM's older version was much better.

the thing I tell reenactors and collectors alike, a gathering of Heer and Luftwaffe tan/water camouflage items yielded at least 16 variations in the "same" camo pattern. Some of the variations are major such as in the "Po River Valley" depot jumpsmocks, some are very subtle "blends" as visible in the Heer smocks.
