Hi, Surely it is for the unengraved one. As a collector of antique silver once a piece of silver is personalised it loses a lot of its value. Regards Jack

It is just not a regular Heer para badge. The 1st page of this thread explains why this one is so rare.

A cased early aluminum Heer badge would go for about 15% of what this one would be worth.

                        Has not understood.
I have asked weight of this sign.
                        The standard of 30 gramme.
Whether the sign with weight 40,63 is known

                          Giday Anniekaa,

Please note, the two badges that are currently for sale on the e-stand are both made of zinc. They most likely were made from 1943 onwards.

If you want a Fallschirmschützenabzeichen as worn by members of the original army paratroopers then you will need to buy a badge made of aluminium. These badges are quite rare and accordingly more expensive than those made of zinc.

                          Best wishes,

                          Ian

                            Es!
I speak about a badge from silver, with an engraving, a sample of 1937. Nimmergut, page .2323-2324. Why the badge weighs 40,63? Who has data?
