I haven't seen tanker combinations in palm camo. Its most likely a field-modified smock. I am going to agree with Besslein

Damn you guys all beat me to the great points. Great picture btw, wrong conclusion from the seller. I can't say that Tarnjacken mods were "common" but they were done enough to pop up in photo's enough.
