negative comments on Mr Agte

As I am about to recieve a book from Germany by Mr. Agte ,that took some trouble getting ,
could anyone elaborate on the comments in the Axishistory link about Mr.Agte "hijacking manuscripts"?

I assume this implies someone thinks he steals other's work?
I really dont know...what does anyone know or think of this?
