Perhaps it comes from the pictures but the material used looks more EM/NCO than officer but the lining looks officer which isn't very logical. IMO are eagle and cockade original. The leather reinforcement isn't very well sewn. It is supposed to be tailor made and you could expect a higher stitching quality.

No ... the quality of the stitching is much better than on your picture ... all in all the cap is made in a very high quality ...
