Real fj helmet liner

Hi all, I ve posted a pic of a FJ helmet liner that I been offered by a german seller, is real? I dont know a lot of this helmets, but a lot of things look good ( stiching, tectured rubber, cord ) but I am very new with this helmets, so please I want the opinion of the experts!
