I have absolutely no interest in the sale of this (financial or otherwise) but as a community service, I will say that there is a nice original one available on the net right now. I would say it's one of the harder to find versions (2nd pattern in aluminum with correct makers mark) at a very reasonable price.
Again, just posting it here as a heads up for someone who may be looking for one.
