GWL Para Badge Question

I did do a search before posting but still unsure on this one even though the top of the pin and the catch looks wrong from previous ones posted.

The top of the pin and catch look wrong because they are! - so are the eagle, rivits, catch, maker mark, wreath finish, and the wreath itself. Did I miss anything? Complete repro, and that's not an opinion, just a fact!
