Fallschirmjäger Tankers??!!

Here look what i found...

It shows the Fallschirm-Panzerjäger-Abteilung 2 of the 2.FJD in Spring 43

There were also 2 Fallschirm-Sturmgeschütz-Brigaden with the number XI and XII. They were formed in 44 and fought first in the Normandie were there belongs to FJD 3 and 5...

Does anybody know more about that???

One kompanie ...

... per anti-tank abteilung would be equipped with assault guns, panzerjagers, jagerpanzers, etc., just as would any normal infantry divisionen. Thus each infanterie or fallschirmajer divisionen would have one kompanie of self-propelled guns available to them. The crews of regular heer divisions would wear the feldgrau uniform piped in red. (I think this changed later in the war, although I don't remember for sure at this point.) FJ crews would wear normal equipment as well, so this isn't as strange as it might seem. Naturally these vehicles were not airdropable, at least in one piece ...
