    Ciao Eugene!
Had the chance to see this helmet in my hands at Milano Show last May. The helmet itself is original. Just the eagle, as clearly visible and clearly declared by the seller, has been outmarked ( can't find the correct word in English) by hand paint. IF you are ok with this, and you find the price proportionate, all the rest is just fine. All is original for what I could see.
    Hope I could help.
    Daniele

        Hello Daniele,
That is what I was worried about - the eagle!!! Will have to pass now. There are many nice helmets but I want one with the eagle...
        Regards,
        Eugene

In England we say "touched-up". Of course this might mean something else in other English speaking nations

Steve, is that King's, or Queen's? And if they sound the same, does it matter?
