Hi Bill,
Based on other known originals that I have seen (and I was just looking at one a few days ago) I do not like it. The details on the back are not correct, IMO.

There may be a few threads on these in the archives here. Maybe some others will offer their views on this piece as well.

Bill, I just checked my files which had a couple of photos of originals. They are just like the one I saw over the weekend which is quite different than the one you posted.

I do know a jeweler out there in Ca made some fakes about 15 years ago and they ended up in a couple of collections.
