    Photo Group

    Guys, I got a very large photo group today with more than 500 pics. There are a lot of usual photos like RAD etc, but also.......... few interesting pics

    I will post a few of it, let me know if you find it interesting

    1st one Kreta, on the back: Auf Insel, nach 5 tage langem kampf ( on the island after 5 long fighting days)

            Great material Edgar. I would be that the first one is not Kreta though. Look at the breast eagles. I would bet the Insel they are talking about is Leros. Looks to me like a Brandenburg photo grouping. Extremely rare stuff. (notice the collar tabs on the guy wearing the smock also....)

                Same here - as far as I know no tropical pants with leg pocket were used during the battle for Kreta.

                  Nice Shots Tex! Really! I agree for the first picture...I don't think that the tropical trousers was used in Kreta, but anyway...very amazing pictures

                    Thanks for the feedback guys. I think you are right . I am working to sort out the photos ( a lot), but I found also pics from Narodna Kuhinja, this town is in Serbia and the Brandenburg was there in April 1941 and September 1944. I will try to post as much as I can.
