    Paratrooper Post Cards

Paratrooper postcards have always been a neat collectible. Here are a couple of my favorites. I am hoping others will post some of theirs so everyone can see the different types that were made and are available.

    Thanks,

    EQ

That para badge card is great! Do you know if they ever did this with other badges?

Out of curiousity, hows does it compare?

Accidentally offending people on the internet since 1997

Hello everybody and Happy New Year !

Well it is great that Fallschirmjaeger enthusiasts have a Forum dedicated to them. I think it is a bit too much, anyway... Please find enclosed one postard from my collection. It is a very known one but I recently get a little booklet which is matching perfectly with this Willrich card.
Oblt. Arpke get the the RK on 13.05.40 and died in Russia on 16.01.42. This little booklet from the "Kriegswinter Hilfswerk 1942-43 - Tag der Wehrmacht" is the Nr.1 from a collection.

            Hi Jean-Yves,

Good to see you here too!

To stick with the badge theme, here is a Luft FJ badge. And one of my favorite commanders of the Fallschirmtruppen. Ramcke signed this card in 1965 on the front and the back...with a notation to the FJ veteran he gave this to.

                Marc,

First of all, great to see you here. Welcome!!

Outstanding photo of Bockemuehl wearing the early Fliegerbluse and army jump badge.

I am jealous !! By the way, did you hear that the Army Paratrooper Museum in Burlingame, CA was accepting donations

Seriously though, outstanding pieces and please keep sharing them.

                Thanks again,

                Eric

Here's quite a nice period postcard. Note the printer's home town. And here's an easy one: who made the badge featured on the card? Answers on a postcard.
