Thanks for all your nice comments - here is a close-up of the helmets. Note the right one was first camoed tan, later overpainted blue-grey. The other helmet is mint, but has some mouse-bits to the chinstraps.

Very nice finds !
Another interesting moment i have dug out helmet similar to the Patric's one which is also painted over the yellow and has cover's hooks still attached and wire which changed the bolt , the helmet was found in Ukraine there 2.FJ Division located in the late43-early44 .
