Because it's one of these very common czech repro helmets. Wrong shape, wrong liner, wrong straps, odd coloring.............

Compare this helmet with the bunch of originals which have been posted here in the last years and you'll be enlightened.

Nothing like doing some research to learn. Plenty of threads to compare originals against the helmet you have posted plus a forum thread dedicated to bad FJ helmets. It is easy to ask if the helmet is good or not but what did you learn on your own? Bill
